University of Warwick Innovation Campus, Stratford-upon-Avon

The University is implementing a long-term vision to expand innovation activity at its campus on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon. The land provides scope for both refurbishment of existing buildings as well as significant opportunities for design-and-build.

Once outline planning permission has been obtained, the delivery strategy will offer a range of options for investors. The University welcomes approaches from potential development partners.

Coventry and Warwickshire is also home to one of the largest video game development clusters in the UK, employing over 3,000 people, anchored around Leamington Spa, which equates to over 10% of the UK workforce located here and will form a key part of the new Leamington Creative Quarter project.
