Loughborough University Science & Enterprise Park (LUSEP)

The project is a 34-ha (84-acre) extension to Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park, one of Europe’s largest combined university and science parks, offering research and development space, with Enterprise Zone status. LUSEP houses over 90 knowledge-based organisations across several sectors including start-ups, tech unicorns and global brands, directly accessible from the M1 (J23). LUSEP comprises over 63,000 m² (675,000 ft²) of existing accommodation including offices, laboratories, high bay units, informal and formal meeting areas and café facilities. Design and build opportunities are available immediately from 1,350 m² up to 18,580 m², along with long-term, leasehold development opportunities for up to 185,806 m².
